1. Data Controller

ESleeswijk Consultancy B.V., trading as AI For Her, registered in the Netherlands under KvK number 42034470, with its registered office at Ligusterbaan 1, suite 414, 2908 LW Capelle aan den IJssel, the Netherlands, is the data controller for the personal data described here. 2. Categories of Personal Data We Collect

• Contact data — your name and email address, when you buy, join a waiting list, or write to us.
• Order and transaction data — the product purchased, amount, currency, transaction identifier and delivery status. Card details are never seen or stored by us.
• Billing and tax data — country and, where required, VAT details, collected and held by Paddle for invoicing.
• Correspondence — the content of emails you send us.
• Technical data — basic server logs and standard security information generated when you visit the site.

3. Why We Use It, and On What Basis

To deliver what you bought and provide support (performance of a contract); to meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation); to keep the site secure and improve our teaching (legitimate interest); and to send you course news where you have asked for it (consent, withdrawable at any time through the unsubscribe link).

4. Who We Share It With

• Paddle.com Market Ltd — our Merchant of Record; processes your payment, invoicing and tax, and acts as an independent controller for that data.
• Our hosting and database provider — stores order records and workbook files on our behalf.
• Our email provider — delivers receipts, download links and course mail.
• MailerLite — manages the waiting list, where you signed up for it.
• Authorities or advisers, where the law requires it.

We never sell personal data. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How Long We Keep It

Order records are kept for seven years to meet Dutch tax law. Waiting-list and mailing entries are kept until you unsubscribe. Correspondence is kept for up to two years.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@aiforher.online and we answer within thirty days. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

7. Cookies

This site uses only what is needed to work and to complete a purchase. The checkout is provided by Paddle and sets its own necessary cookies. We do not use advertising trackers.
