Terms of Service.

Last updated: 3 August 2026

1. Who we are

Aiforheronline (the "Platform") is operated by:

ESleeswijk Consultancy B.V.
Ligusterbaan 1, suite 414, 2908 LW Capelle aan den IJssel, the Netherlands
Chamber of Commerce (KvK): 42034470
Email: info@uforu.nl

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to every visit to and every purchase on the Platform. By using the Platform or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

2. What we offer

The Platform instantly generates digital practice exams and study material for professionals preparing for Dutch multiple-choice certification and qualification exams. All products are digital content, delivered online with immediate access after payment. No physical goods are shipped and no manually delivered services are provided.

3. Ordering and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders on the Platform: Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing and applicable VAT or sales tax, and provides customer service for payment-related questions. Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms apply to the payment transaction in addition to these Terms. Prices, including applicable VAT where required, are shown before you complete checkout.

4. Immediate delivery of digital content

Purchases are delivered instantly: access to your materials is available directly after payment. By completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code). In its place we offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy.

5. Licence and acceptable use

Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the generated materials for your own study and exam preparation. You may not:

– resell, redistribute, publish or share the materials or your account access;
– access the Platform through automated means (scraping, bulk generation) outside its intended functions;
– use the materials or the Platform to build a competing product or dataset.

6. Content disclaimer

Practice materials are study aids generated by the Platform. They are not official exam questions, and the Platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any official examination institute, certification body or government agency. While we take care to ensure quality, generated content may contain inaccuracies; always verify critical information against official study sources. Use of the Platform does not guarantee that you will pass any exam.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance and may modify or improve features, provided this does not materially reduce the substance of what you purchased.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform, its software, design and all generated content are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of ESleeswijk Consultancy B.V. or its licensors. The licence in Section 5 is the only right you acquire.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including liability for intent or deliberate recklessness. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim connected to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim. If you purchase as a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

10. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for the 14-day money-back guarantee and how to request a refund.

11. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Platform at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you also retain the protection of the mandatory consumer provisions of your country of residence. Disputes may be submitted to the competent Dutch court or, for consumers, the court competent under applicable consumer protection rules.
